BRIDGEWATER – Graveside services for Virginia L. Hutt, 59, who died Tuesday, Sept. 14 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., were held on Sept. 18 in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Bridgewater. There were no calling hours.
Virginia was born on May 1, 1951 in Bridgewater, the daughter of Stanley L. and Amy (Merriam) Hutt.
Virginia went to school in Bridgewater and graduated from Woodstock Union High School in 1969.
She worked for many years as a cook for the Bridgewater Village Diner. She also volunteered many years for the Bridgewater Fast Squad.
She is survived by one son, Shon Powell of Bridgewater; one daughter Stacey Lynds of Graniteville; one sister, Beverly Pratt of Bridgewater; two brothers, Nelson Hutt of Bragdon, FL, and Paul Hutt of Bridgewater; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; one sister, Betty Moore; and a brother, Donald Hutt.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock.
