SOUTH WOODSTOCK — A memorial service for Nancy Lee (Rhodes) Shove who died July 19, 2011 following a heroic battle with cancer will be held on Friday, Aug. 26 at 11 a.m. at the South Woodstock Community Church. A celebration and gathering will be held at the Shove home following the service.
She is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 47 years, Lyman Shove, as well as her daughter, Heather Simons; a son, Todd Shove; her cherished grandchildren, Gunnar Simons, Cooper and Taylor Shove; her father, Willard Rhodes; a sister, Donna Jeffers; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the King’s Daughters and Sons, PO Box 765, Woodstock, 05091 or to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, for Palliative Care, One Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, N.H. 03756.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock.
