Route 4 Crash

A head-on collision on Route 4 in West Woodstock sent the driver and passenger of a pickup truck to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center just after noon on Monday. An 18-wheeler tractor trailer cab pulling an empty oil tanker collided head-on with the pickup truck, which was turning at the intersection of Liberty Farm Road and Route 4. The passenger has been released and the driver was listed in fair condition Wednesday morning. Woodstock Volunteer firefighters, Woodstock police and two ambulances were on the scene.
