I helped my uncle, Jon K Thomas, measure and draw the plans for the Bridgewater Woolen Mill in 1975. I have the one of the original drawings which I hung on the wall today and remembered the task of measuring the entire mill. It was quite an undertaking and I still remember the smell of the wool left in the building for years and the machinery still in the east end of the mill. I also remember that the Otis elevator in the oldest part of the mill was still operable at that time. The river behind the Mill was just beautiful that winter and spring and as a 19 year old then, the memories are very fresh. I would like more pictures is possible.
