With the most severe damage now fixed, the Governor said, the State is entirely navigable with a few minor exceptions. From left to right are: Seth Webb, director of Killington’s Economic Development Committee, Chris Nyberg, President of Killington/Pico SRP, Governor Shumlin, Doug Searle, from the Vermont Agency of Transportation, Megan Smith, head of the state’s Department of Tourism and Marketing Commission, Doug Casella, co-founder of Casella Waste, and Craig Mosher of Mosher Excavating.
