Killington Benefit Concert Raised Almost $40,000

Almost $40,000 was raised Sunday at a benefit concert to help Killington recover from flood damage. Sixteen local acts took up three stages at Outback Pizza and the Lookout. Bands included Rick and the Idiots, the Chad Hollister Band and Joey Leone and his Chop Shop. All door, silent auction and raffle proceeds went to the group “We Are K-Town/Irene’s Island,” and the Pittsfield Hurricane Relief Fund. Here, Joey Leone closes the show Sunday with the Mark Manley Band.
