On Nov. 5, Don Lovejoy attended the Annual Meeting of the Vermont Auto Enthusiasts. The meeting was held at Vermont Technical College with about 100 members and guests present.
Welcoming remarks were given by College President Connolly after which the VAE presented a scholarship check for $6,000 to the financial aid director.
The money will be divided among six Vermont students in the auto tech program, one of which is a man from Tunbridge who gave a talk about his education at VTC. The VAE has contributed $100,000 in scholarships to VTC auto tech students.
The club is also working with Vermont high school tech centers to provide assistance. Following lunch the VAE business meeting was held and officers were elected for the ensuing year.

I have been cleaning out my barn, and was amazed at how much Partylite products I had accumulated over the 7 years. I was a candle party consultant, so I will be having indoor yard sales at my home on Sunday, Nov.13 and Sunday, Nov. 20 for all the ‘Hunters Widows’ who would like to do a little Christmas shopping. These items are all display pieces, and most are in original packaging. Come on over and take advantage of great bargains!
