TAFTSVILLE — At a meeting at Town Hall Wednesday night, a presentation was given by Mark Sargent, Structures Project Manager from the Agency of Transportation on an emergency plan to repair the Taftsville covered bridge. Estimates are that it will cost about $400,000 in all, much of which will be paid for by FEMA funds. For more, see next week’s Vermont Standard.
