Winter Equipment Swap
Saturday at the Albert Bridge School in Brownsville VT, Students and Community In Partnership (SCIP) hosted its Third Annual Winter Equipment Swap. 90% of the proceeds from the sale go to the equipment consignee and 10% goes to SCIP, which is an organization similar to the PTA or PTO. The organizers consider it a community event and hope it continues to allow families to get good, gently used winter sports equipment (which are quite expensive to purchase new) at very reasonable prices.
