Maple Sugaring with KES
Fifteen fourth grade students, under the tutelage of their teacher, Maria Garland, have tapped maple trees at the school have just wrapped up boiling sap in the school’s sugarhouse to make maple syrup. The sugaring program will culminate with a special pancake and poetry breakfast for the students’ parents.
