New Pizza Oven Gets A Lift

Stacey Velardi, owner of the Daily Grind and Taylor Lauren is opening up a restaurant called π Brick Oven Trattoria. In preparation for the opening, a pizza oven was brought in through a window. The window was taken out in order for a crane from Bethel Mills to deliver it to its new location on Central Street.
π Brick Oven Trattoria is projected to open on Memorial Day Weekend.
