Checkmate!
A total of eighteen students from Woodstock, Pomfret, Dothan Brook, and Barnard elementary schools came together on Friday, May 4th for the Sixteenth Annual Windsor Central Elementary Chess Tournament at The Pomfret School. Throughout the day, students played six games of chess, solved chess puzzles, and enjoyed playing on a large Revolutionary War chess set.
