State Police report that Steven Buckley of Reading has been charged with Felony Marijuana Cultivation after an investigation into allegations that his son, Ryan Buckley, had violated a restraining order by coming into contact with an ex-girlfriend.
The girlfriend claimed that the younger Buckley had threatened her in person also threatened suicide. He was charged with one count of violating an Abuse Prevention Order and six counts of Violating Conditions of Release.
The elder Buckley’s marijuana cultivation operation, which police say included 73 plants, was allegedly discovered as police were searching for Steven Buckley.
