Holly O’Brien, owner along with husband Nick of the South Woodstock Country Store, confirmed that the store was broken into either last night or early this morning. O’Brien said that when she arrived at the store this morning, she noticed that cigarettes and lighters were taken.
“We were fortunate,” O’Brien said, “because they didn’t take a lot.”
Woodstock Police are investigating.
