Chalk It Up! Part of Taste of Woodstock
Pentangle Art Council brought a new element to the Taste of Woodstock event organized by the Chamber of Commerce. Chalk It Up! Local artist chose a part of Elm Street as their canvas to create unique works of art with chalk as their media.
