State police issued several civil violations to a group of teenagers who were drinking alcohol behind the Hartland Recreation Center building Sunday at 11:30 p.m.
Violators will have to enroll in an alcohol safety class, pay a $175 fee and perform 20 hours of volunteer service for a nonprofit.
