Man With Rifle On ABS Grounds; Police Still Searching For Information

Windsor Chief of Police Stephen J. Soares is asking the public for information concerning a report of a man carrying a rifle seen on the grounds of the Albert Bridge School in West Windsor, in the area of the recreation fields on Tuesday, Sept. 11. at about 12:41 p.m.
Students reported seeing the man acting suspiciously and Sgt. Limoges of the Windsor Police Department was dispatched to search the area — however no one matching the students’ description was found.
The man was described as being approximately 5′ 10″ with brown or dark hair, wearing a blue shirt and carrying a firearm. Additionally, the man is reported as having a tattoo of a vine on his calf.
The school was put on lockdown briefly Tuesday as the grounds were searched.
Chief Soares said Friday that no crime is known to have been committed, but the department would like to talk to the individual.
