The first of three Edible Landscape Dining Events took place last week in Barnard at La Garagusta (Farm and Vineyard) of Osteria Pane e Salute. Chef and owners Caleb Barber and Deirdre Heekin hosted the event with the help of other Edible Landscape chefs, Will Dodson of the Barnard Inn, and Nick Mahood of Cloudland Farm, who host the next events. The Edible Landscape dinners are a fundraiser for the Healthy Food Initiative at the Woodstock Union HSMS.
