BARNARD — A funeral service for Vincent F. Dentremont, 88, who died Sept. 18 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., will be held in the chapel at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, Vermont on Monday, Sept. 24 at 11:30 am.
Vincent was born on Aug. 23, 1926 in Boston, Mass., the son of Edmond and Rose (Amirault) Dentremont.
He served in the United States Navy and enjoyed a long career in business.
Vincent was an avid skier, he and his wife Mildred enjoyed traveling and skiing throughout Europe, in the west, and in Vermont. He also enjoyed square dancing and doing yard work with his Kubota tractor.
Vincent is survived by his wife Mildred of Barnard; a brother Donald of Spartanburg, SC; and a number of nieces and nephews.
