The Thompson Senior Center and the Ottauquechee Health Foundation are planning a joint project to be piloted in the town of Pomfret.

The purpose of the Aging in Community project and informational binder (now at the Teago Store) is to provide community members and their families with information “at their fingertips” about the many resources that are available to support successful aging at home and in our communities.

There are two ways to access Aging in Community resources: look through the information binder at the Teago store or contact either the Community Care Coordinator (457-3030) or Thompson Center (457-3277) with questions or for specific referrals. You can also email agingcommunity@gmail.com.
