Woodstock Elementary School Principal Karen White has informed parents that the annual Halloween Parade around the green scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed until Friday, Nov. 2 at 2. p.m. Woodstock’s Trick or Treating on High, Golf and Maple Streets is postponed until Friday evening.
