Quechee Considers Curbside Trash

At last night’s selectboard meeting in Hartford, consultants to the board presented results of a year-long study that looked at the feasibility of trash and recycling pickup in town.
The Hartford transfer station would likely remain in operation if the plan were to go forward. Cost to residents was estimated at between $25 and $35 a month. For more of the story, see Thursday’s Vermont Standard.
