River Street was closed Friday as crews worked to remove some debris from the Ottauquechee River near the Iron Bridge. A crane pulled out a 12-by-12-foot piece of wooden fence and other debris after finishing work on a section of sewer line damaged by the flood in August of 2011. The road was scheduled to reopen Friday afternoon.
