Abbott Library in Pomfret recently received a Children’s Literacy Foundation (Clif) grant, which enabled it to give away books at the Pomfret school and the Little Theater in Woodstock last week.
Clif is a non-profit aimed at fostering an appreciation for books and reading in young children in Vermont and New Hampshire.
