Killington resident Anne Marie Blackman is currently taping a segment for the Today show, to air on NBC Christmas morning, about her business My Ugly Christmas Sweater.
Blackman’s creations have received attention on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Jeopardy, NPR and various news outlets across the country. Blackman told the Standard last year that she started the business to help pad her children’s college funds. The hand-crafted sweaters sell online and Blackman has recently published a book, Rock Your Ugly Christmas Sweater (Running Book Press).
