Since then, Woodstock’s tax rates have sky rocketed, making it increasingly difficult for young families to afford to raise their children there. Maybe it’s time the residents of Woodstock to come to terms with the REAL reason why there are lower rates of student matriculation each year. Time to lower Woodstock’s taxes!
