When my parents moved to Woodstock in the early 80's, they were, along with many other young families, seeking a healthy, safe and AFFORDABLE town to settle in. Since then, Woodstock's tax rates have sky rocketed, making it increasingly difficult for young families to afford to raise their children there. Maybe it's time the residents of Woodstock to come to terms with the REAL reason why there are lower rates of student matriculation each year. Time to lower Woodstock's taxes!
