There will be a reception for Jean De Dieu Tshileu, who is recently home from the Congo, Sunday Feb. 10 at 5 p.m. at the St James Episcopal Church social hall in Woodstock. De Dieu will make a presentation highlighting the progress his village has made since last year’s fundraiser in Woodstock and discuss the third phase of his project, which involves alleviating a water crisis in his Congo village.
