A group of 78 delegates will meet February 11 to choose a new state’s attorney for Windsor County in an open nomination process.
Current Windsor County State’s District Attorney Robert Sand was chosen by Governor Peter Shumlin in January to head a new DUI court system that Shumlin hopes will reduce the number of DUI incidences in the state.
Sand will retire from his current post in March.
