The first of three meetings to discuss implementing a Hazard Mitigation Plan will for the town Hartford will be held at Upper Valley Co-op in White River Junction Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m.
The Hartford Planning Commission will discuss emergency readiness and take input from residents.
