Vermont State Police from Rutland Barracks responded yesterday to a one-vehicle crash on Killington Road in Killington. Police determined that the operator, Caitlyn Crelin, 24, was driving under the influence. Crelin will appear at Rutland Superior Court (Criminal Division) at a later date.
