Mundy Wilson, owner and general manager of Chippers headquartered in Woodstock, announced that the company has launched into the wholesale maple syrup production business. The move is an outgrowth of brainstorming sessions over a year and a half ago on how best to move forward toward providing more full-time employment for the Chippers “family.”
