Burglar Steals Copper Piping, Toiletries From Killington Home

A Killington home was broken into Monday at 3 p.m.

Police are looking for someone who stole copper piping, a Nintendo Wii, a DVD player, a blender, a remote control car and some toiletries from a home on River Road.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police at Rutland, 802-773-9101. Information can also be submitted anonymously online at www.vtips.info or text “CRIMES” (274637) to Keyword:  VTIPS.

Toiletries? Copper piping? What’s gotten into the head of that thief? We can never know what might happen nowadays even in our own neighborhood, that’s why it’s important to give attention in strengthening security features along our premises. Installing cameras is a great way to get the place monitored even when away. It’s one of the best anti-burglar devices to have.
