HARTLAND — A memorial service was held May 15 at the Church of the First Universalist Society of Hartland for Patience Hutt, 40, who passed away on May 9. She was a kind, compassionate person who always had a smile on her face and brought joy to everyone she met.
She was born on Dec. 27, 1972 in Hanover, N.H. and graduated from Woodstock Union High School in 1990.
Patience married Harold “Chip” Hutt on May 18, 1991. Together they built a home on a hilltop near Patience’s parents. She loved animals, nature, spending time on the beach and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Chip Hutt; daughter Sierra; three sons, Hunter, Forrest and Trakker, and daughter Daisy; her father Haldor Issente; her mother Wyfy (Eberly) Issente, all of Hartland; one sister Meieli Sawyer of Miami, Fla; and a brother, Hali Issente of Bethel.
She was predeceased by a sister, Charity Sawyer.
Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Patience Hutt Memorial Fund at the Mascoma Savings Bank in Hartland, Vermont.
