GRANTHAM, N.H. — A memorial service for Toni L. (Schwarz) Feldstein, 54, who died unexpectedly in Hooksett, N.H. on May 31, was held at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon, N.H. on June 7.
Toni was born in Milford, Conn on Dec. 4, 1958, a daughter of Raymond and Janet (Mounsey) Schwarz, and at the age of five moved with her family to Canaan, N.H. for a brief time. They then moved to Lebanon, N.H. where she grew up and graduated from Lebanon High School.
She married Bruce Feldstein in 1989 and together they owned and operated his dental practice, Bruce M. Feldstein, DDS PC. She loved her work and took great pride in wearing her nametag that introduced her as “The Real Boss.” Her warmth and kindness gave her the ability to make patients feel extremely comfortable, a trait that endeared her to all. She is beloved by the staff as well and is dearly missed.
Toni was known as a wonderful mother that was always there for her two sons. She also had a deep love and respect for all animals; unable to kill a spider, she would have to bring it outside so it could survive.
She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially to their vacation home on the beach in North Carolina, where she would often volunteer at the local humane society. She also spent her time skiing, hiking and was an avid shopper and talented decorator.
She is survived by her two sons, Nathan and Jeremy Feldstein, both of Grantham, N.H.; her former husband of 23 years Bruce Feldstein of Grantham; two brothers, Michael and Lincoln Schwarz, both of Canaan; four sisters, Lynn Lalumiere of Enfield, N.H., Jackie Schwarz of Woodstock, Traci Thibodeau of Lebanon, and Ronni Charbono of Bradford; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Raymond Schwarz.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society, 300 Old Route 10, Enfield, NH 03766.
