Pentangle’s Brown Bag Concerts on the Green
On a beautiful Thursday afternoon, Pentangle Arts Council hosted the Sattuma Karelian Folk Band on the Green in Woodstock as part of their Brown Bag Concert series. According to Pentangle’s Executive Director Sunni Faas 2013 is the 33rd year of Brown Bag Series and so far Thursday was the largest crowd probably a result of the near perfect weather.
Sattuma is on their 10th Anniversary tour and have only two more dates in Vermont. The band is made up of father Arto Rinne on accordion and his daughter Eila on violin and Dmitry Demin on wind instruments and his son Vlasislav also on violin.
