WATERBURY — Calling hours for Barbara Jean (Dailey) Tremblay, 74, who died Aug. 8, will be held at Guare and Sons Funeral Home, 30 School Street, Montpelier on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 10 a.m., a memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. She was born in Calais on Nov. 9, 1938, daughter of Herbert and Ruth (Innes) Dailey.
She was a longtime resident of Taftsville. Barbara and her husband Joseph Tremblay worked in Woodstock. She ran for selectman and worked for Windsor County Sheriff’s Dept. She worked part-time for the Woodstock Communications Dept.
Barbara is survived by her children, Maria Schierer of Clermont, Fla; Monica Byron of Orlando, Fla. four grandchildren, Caitlin, Jason, Nicholas, and Victoria; and a sister, Lucy Fair of Montpelier.
Barbara will be missed by all who knew her! Please take a moment to celebrate her life.
