Update: Faulty Smoke Detector To Blame For Alarm At TD Bank

Update at 12:53 p.m.: Firefighters found a faulty smoke detector in the building. Emergency crews to clear out soon.

Fire and emergency officials from Woodstock and South Woodstock have been called out to a possible fire at TD Bank in the village.

A fire alarm in the building at 21 Elm St. went off around 12:15 p.m. One report says there is a “strong electrical odor” in the building.
