Sustainable Woodstock East End Action Group held a day of activities at the new riverfront park site on Saturday. There was weeding, clearing, sprucing up and building benches, more than 60 people pitched in to help. Kids enjoyed project organized by Marie Hanson. National Park Ranger, Kyle Jones, talked about river management with Trout Unlimited and the history of the site with Jack Anderson.
Guests took part in water front activities, fishing canoeing and kayaking.
