Has anyone accused Assad of war crimes in the World Court first?
Why not let him be judged by the World Court first?

No attack: we can’t risk harming civilians. I agree the U.S. also doesn’t have the high moral ground (untried and innocent victims of drones; innocent victims rounded up and untried at Gitmo; our own missions abroad and weapons of mass destruction).

Oppose brutality, on humanitarian grounds, and respond with restraint. Shame the brutality of dictators in the court of world opinion. Relieve suffering through massive humanitarian aid.
