Join VINS For Eighth Annual Hoots And Howls
The Vermont Institute of Natural Science will celebrate its eighth annual, fun-filled Hoots and Howls event on Saturday, Oct. 27. This family-focused event will be held rain or shine from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at VINS Nature Center in Quechee. This fun, educational, and un-spooky Halloween event is great for families as well as folks of all ages. Guided tours will wind throughout the VINS Nature Center along trails lit by jack-o-lanterns with frequent stops to enjoy storytelling, live animals, skits, and more! Wrap up the evening with yummy Tricky Treats and a chance to meet a bird up close. Fee for admission. Children 3 and under are admitted free of charge. All are invited to wear their Halloween best. Walk-ins are welcome, although reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling VINS at 802-359-5000 ext. 223.
