Kenneth Gloss, owner of Boston’s Brattle Book Shop and guest appraiser on PBS’ Antique Roadshow, will bring notable examples from his extensive antique collection and will discuss the joys of book collection: favorite genres to collect, getting started, how to get appraisals, etc. Following his talk, he’ll give free verbal appraisals of books brought by audience members as well as answer questions.Kenneth Gloss, owner of Boston’s Brattle Book Shop and guest appraiser on PBS’ Antique Roadshow, will bring notable examples from his extensive antique collection and will discuss the joys of book collection: favorite genres to collect, getting started, how to get appraisals, etc. Following his talk, he’ll give free verbal appraisals of books brought by audience members as well as answer questions.
