QUECHEE – A private burial will be held at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center for E. Arlene Gibb, 85 who died at Woodstock Terrace on Dec. 22. Arlene grew up in New Jersey, married John Gibb and had five children; Richard Alan Gibb (Katherine,) Linda Worman (Roy,) Carol Sisca (Peter,) Jill Treff, and Gail Pelli (Joseph.)
Arlene was very much the athlete and loved competition in badminton, bowling, ping pong and golf. In golf, she was five-time club champion in the 50 and Over Tournament held at the Quechee Lakes Landowners Association (QLLA) in Quechee. She was also an enthusiastic member and past president of the QLLA Garden Club.
Along with her husband and children, Arlene is survived by 16 grandchildren, Richard Trevor Gibb, Stephen Worman, Stacey Worman, Samantha Worman, Andrea Sisca, Nicole Sisca, Alexandra Sisca, Alyssa Treff, Eric Treff, Janelle Pelli, Zachary Pelli, Tyler Pelli, Cassandra Pelli, Austin Pelli, Lucas Pelli and Faith Pelli who will miss their Nana very much.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the QLLA Garden Club.
