About 1405 homes were still without power in Windsor County Monday morning, according to Vermont Power Outage Resource, after more than six inches of heavy wet snow dumped to the ground Sunday afternoon into Monday morning.

There were still 270 people without power in Hartland, 48 without power in Bridgewater, two in Pomfret, 48 in West Windsor and 177 in Woodstock as of 9 a.m.
