Zachary Lee was found alive and well at a hotel in Lyme, N.H. around midnight.
The 12-year-old from Sunderland went missing around 5 p.m. Monday after he was dropped off from the school bus at his foster home, but never made it inside. An Amber Alert was activated around 8:30 p.m.
Police said Lee was seen in the company of his biological mother, Patricia Kane, 49, and his sister, Martha Lee, 17, at a restaurant in Hanover, N.H around 10:30 p.m. and he was subsequently located by authorities at a hotel in Lyme, N.H at 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
Lee’s mother was taken into custody without incident for questioning.
