The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for the state of Vermont, including the Woodstock area from Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon.
Temperatures are forecasted to dip into the single digits Monday night and to minus-5 degrees early Tuesday morning. With wind chill, it could feel as cold as minus-22 degrees around 6 a.m. Tuesday.
The NWS says frostbite and hypothermia could set in after prolonged exposure to below-zero wind chills. Forecasters suggest people wear hats and gloves tomorrow morning.
