Woodstock Police: Man Called 911 To Say He Was Going To Jump Into Traffic

A Colorado man was taken for a psychiatric evaluation at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center after he said he was going to attempt suicide near the Woodstock Recreation Center Tuesday around 5 p.m.

The 67-year-old man, wearing a black cowboy hat, called 911. He told Woodstock Police as he was standing outside that he was going to run into traffic, police said.

Woodstock Ambulance evaluated the man before transporting him to DHMC.
