The Hammond Cove Shooting Range in Hartland, Vermont will be closed on Tuesday, May 20, for re-seeding of grass. It will re-open the next day, May 21.

Shooters are asked to avoid the re-seeded areas in the weeks ahead.

The Hammond Cove Shooting Range is first publically-accessible shooting range in Vermont.

“This facility would not be possible without the dedication of the Hartland Fish & Game Club,” said Vermont Hunter Education Coordinator. “Among other things, their members keep the range clean, repair target frames, and open and close the gate each day.”
