Hay Trailer Backs Up Traffic In Woodstock’s East End

A hay trailer tipped over on Route 4 in Woodstock on Monday morning.

The cause of the accident, which took place in the east end, is unknown. Traffic was moved down to one lane for about an hour. By 12:30 p.m., Woodstock town work crews — who are fixing potholes in the area — moved the trailer off the road using a bulldozer and an excavator.
