SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police arrested Nathan Fields of Hartland
(Windsor County) Vermont, after he was observed operating a motor vehicle while
under criminal suspension in the State of Vermont.

Nathan Fields was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in
Windsor Superior Court on October 7th, 2014 at 0800 hours to answer to the above
charge.
