Windsor Inn (Former Juniper Hill Inn) Owner Reaches Plea Deal

A Windsor inn owner has reached a plea deal that will see him released from jail this week. Kenneth Lucci, 51, of Hartland, had been in pre-trial detention since November when he was ordered held without bail after he allegedly fired a round from a handgun through the window of a pickup truck parked outside the West Windsor home of a pair of his employees.
